He specializes in advisory to Corporate Houses, Charitable institutions, NGOs. He has recently been felicitated with an honorary doctorate in Financial Management in Social Sector for his contribution towards society. He has been rendering services to various Corporates and Public Sector Undertakings/Public Sector Enterprises in Litigations and Advisory. Dr. Santosh Pathak has been Consultant to certain Foreign Entities in Germany, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates, by guiding them to set up their businesses in India.

Prominently on the Board of various Social Organizations, Dr Pathak has been working for Health and Education Causes in the country. He has been an Advisor on multiple FDI Proposals exceeding â‚¹2500 Crore in various businesses in India. He is empaneled as Indirect Tax Consultant to one of the largest banks owned by the Government of India. He is also a Member of the Indirect Tax Committee of the Association of Finance and Tax Professionals (AFTPs) as well as the Voice of Chartered Accountants (Voice of CAs). Mr. Pathak also renders services as Legal Counsel/Representative on behalf of the esteemed Clientele, comprising one of the largest Government Banks, other Corporate Entities and Business Conglomerates.
